4. If you received an email from Augur

Augur contacts business professionals to offer services related to their professional activity. If we wrote to you:

  • Purpose: sending you commercial messages related to your role.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest in business-to-business commercial communication (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
  • Objecting: reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails or write to guillem@cierzogrupo.com. We will stop writing and keep only what is needed to avoid contacting you again.

5. Recipients and providers

We never share data with third parties for their own marketing. Providers acting as processors: Google (email and documents), Cal.com (call bookings), Cloudflare (hosting and security), email-sending tools and B2B data providers. Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them; if they lead to a business relationship, for its duration and the legal periods afterwards. Data of professionals we wrote to is kept for at most 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask for deletion sooner.
